What to expect:

Please complete our new patient intake form in advance to save time at your first visit. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your overall health. If you are unable to complete the forms online, you may fill them out when you arrive for your appointment. Please allow about 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.

We accept most insurance. If you are unsure, we are happy to check your benefits for you. This can be done by calling our office and providing your insurance information.

We have one goal in mind: to help you and your family reach and maintain your health potential. Chiropractors are trained to detect and eliminate root causes of health problems that you may be suffering from now or be headed towards in the future. A focused exam and x-rays if necessary, an analysis of this exam and your x-rays, and high level patient education is something you can expect in our office.
